Wholemeal Pita Bread

Ramai yg request resepi ni…saya ambik dr internet tp dah modified skit :-)

  • 150g tepung roti
  • 50g whole wheat flour
  • 50g tepung gandum
  • 150ml air
  • 1 sudu kecil gula
  • sedikit garam
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 1 sudu kecil dry yeast
  • Caranya :

    • Masukkan semua bhn dlm breadmaker.Bila dah siap uli keluarkan dan tumbuk bagi keluar angin
    • Bentukkan bulat2..bahagikan 8 bahagian.Perapkan sekejap
    • Gelek dgn penggelek.Biarkan naik sekejap.Bolehlah dibakar dgn suhu 230degree selama 4minit
    • Masa bakar tu mmg doh ni akan naik kembung.So,takyah susah2 nk belah roti nih hehe..cuma kena potong 2 jela :-)

    *kalau uli guna tgn,air tu mungkin boleh kurangkan takut doh tu terlembik…letak air sikit2 la :-)
