Roti Wholemeal Sosej

Bahan2 :

  • 160 ml (susu segar + 1biji telur)*
  • 170 g tepung roti *
  • 80 g whole wheat flour *
  • 20g gula *
  • 25 g butter*
  • sdkt garam*
  • 1 sudu kecil dry yeast*
  • beberapa batang sosej
  • telur untuk disapu pada roti

Caranya :

  • Masukkan bhn2 * ke dalam breadmaker. Bila doh dah siap,bahagikan kepada 16 bahagian (kalau nk buat size kecik)..kalau nk size besar bahagi 8 pun ok.Lilitkan di sekeliling sosej. Perapkan hingga naik 2 kali ganda.
  • Sapukan telur. Bakar dgn suhu 180degree selama lebih kurang 10-12 minit
