Bahan2 :
300gm tpg roti
210ml susu segar
2sudu besar dry yeast
2 sudu besar vegetable shortening
2 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil garam
Caranya :
Masukkan semua dlm breadmaker.Tunggu sampai siap uli
Kalau takde breadmaker..uli sampai lembut.Perapkan dlm 30minit..baru bentukkan donut tu
Utk topping donut tu,pakai cooking chocolate…double boil..pastu celup le donut yg dh goreng tu…hiaskan ape yg patut
Kalau nk letak sosej,lilitkan je doh tu pada sosej..goreng je

aah..boleh ganti dgn merjerin or butter. kalau guna cocoa powder saya campur dgn butter/marjerin skit,gula skit,susu segar skit.kacau sampai pekat
