Bengkang Jagung

* Resepi ni saya gunakan 2 loyang..kalau nk mkn sikit je boleh bahagi 2 resepi nih

Bahan2:
4 cwn tepung gandum
7 cwn santan
2 cwn gula
1 biji telur
Sdkt garam
1 tin jagung (kalo nk buat bengkang pandan..tukar jagung dgn perisa pandan jela)
*jagung ni blend jugak..tp kejap je ok..nk bagi ade ketul2 skit..kalo x suke ade ketul2 jagung tu blend le semua

Cara membuatnya:
1)Blender semua bahan hingga sebati (lecehla kalau nak kacau dgn tgn nanti berketul nak kena tapis pulak)
2)Masukkan adunan ke dlm loyang.
Bakar dgn suhu 180 degree selama 60minit
